Summer is officially here, and riding season is in full effect. In this blog, we’re going to talk about three exciting More Than Rewards company updates.
To kick things off, we wanted to share with you some of our newest products and features. If you haven’t checked them out, here’s your chance to learn!
First, we are happy to announce that customers will soon be able to check their reward balance using our keypads! This feature has been long-awaited by many dealers. All a reward customer has to do is enter their phone number into the keypad and they will receive a text message with their reward balance.
If you are already using the Keypad Manager on your More Than Rewards Intranet to share deals with customers, don’t worry; a customer will first receive the reward balance text, and then the message in the Keypad Manager will be sent on a 3-minute delay. This is to prevent your customers from feeling overwhelmed from receiving multiple texts at once. If you don’t use our Rider Rewards program, or don’t want customers receiving their points balance via text, that’s okay, too. We will give you the option to turn this feature on or off in the Keypad Manager.
In addition to the new keypad features, we have also launched our new Contest Manager, which on its own can help build a dealership’s online reputation, or when coupled with the Keypad can help drive more traffic to your store. This diverse product can reward customers with virtual sweepstakes tickets or coupons for completing different actions. Some popular examples of these actions include liking a Facebook page, writing a review on Google, visiting a website, or even answering a question to gather more information about your customers.
In exchange for completing these actions, customers can either receive contest entries or they can receive an “instant reward,” such as a coupon. Some examples of contest prizes could be a free t-shirt, a gift card, or even a longer-running contest for something huge like a motorcycle giveaway. What makes this product so great is that it can be perfectly tailored to suit the needs of any dealership whether you have or don’t have a current rewards program.
Lastly, some very exciting news: More Than Rewards will be moving soon and working out of our new office building July 18th! (Don’t worry, our support staff will still be operational if you need any help that week.) Our new building, right off I-94 in Oak Creek, WI, is about twice as spacious and better suited for our staff’s needs. We’ll be informing everyone of our new address via email, and we’ll be posting pictures on this blog next month.
